How You Can Build Muscle Fast

Hey there,

I’m not sure which state your in with your own body and development at the gym however the fact that you have landed on this website means that you would like to know how to build serious muscle. Click here if you want to see what did it for me.

2 years ago I weighed a measily 63kgs, nothing on me but skin and bones, Ill put it this way….even my girlfriend was bigger then me and thats never a good sign. I had been going to the gym for 18 months and had a bodybuilder from les mills as my personal trainer who I was spending a fortune on to train me.

But I was getting know where until one day I stumbled upon this guy here named Justin Rys.

At the time I was thinking I must have some sort of genetic disorder or something but he told me that I was just being silly and taught me a special formula about how to build muscle fast. I was sceptical at first, ofcourse I didnt want to fail again like I did with the last guy. Justin taught me though that the gym wasnt about working hard and training and that if I wanted to succeed he could show me.

Little did I know at the time but Justin Rys was infact an IFBB Pro bodybuilder who competed against the likes of Ronnie Coleman, Dexter Jackson, Marcus Ruhl and Chris Cormier. Justin started training me and within 2 weeks I started to see and feel the difference.

My muscles started to pop out from my body like never before, I began to get stronger and stronger each time I trained and my friends didnt know what was going on. With-in 3 months I had packed on an unheard of 12kgs of muscle and I wasnt stopping there. I even got accepted as a bouncer after 4 months of following Justins system when before I doubt I would have even been recruited to be a barman.

Im sharing this with you know because ive been where you are. I’ve had the frustration of not knowing how to build muscle fast and I hate to see money being thrown away willynilly on expensive trainers, supplements and new crazes for nothing.

I am 2 years on now since I started using the formula. I have gone from 63kgs to 93kgs and all of it muscle. When I first came accross the book I was skeptical and not totally sure if it would work, I mean my trainer, the supplements I was taking along with everything else didnt work so why would this?

So I got the book to see if it would really show me “How To Build Muscle” and I didnt want it to take a few years I wanted it fast. I wanted everyone to look at me and be like Woah what happened? Justin’s book right away addressed all the issues I was having, why I wasnt gaining muscle, what exactly I needed to do in my training, what I needed to eat, why I wasnt growing. It even took me step by step through an anabolic formula to shock the body into explosive steriod like growth.

I tried it to and sure enough I started packing on the pounds. Justins book is a guide to what you need to eat to pack on mass and how often you need to do it. It’s almost like an entire muscle building programme. He’s the trainer who takes you through every step of the way and guides you through the levels of muscle development addressing plataus and skinny guy issues like not knowing how to put on muscle.

Justin also included in there some really useful free bonuses to take to the gym with me. One I use to track my muscle gain over the weeks to ensure I am meeting my target weights and eating what I need to to pack on those pounds. He also threw in there for free a nutritional guide which outlines all the different foods that I usually eat in a day and includes all there calories, Protein, Carbs and fats. All the relevant stuff that I need for following Justins muscle building program.

This program really has shown me how to build muscle fast and I think the fact I have packed on 30kgs in the last 2 years says that loud and clear. The book covers a ton about the gym and training, nutrition etc. I would have liked a more indepth look into exercizes etc in the book but I think I have to wait out for the next version for that. All in all this book is a fantastic read and learning resourse for anyone whos serious about building muscle mass and for the price you pay for it it’s nothing in comparason to the money that you save as a result of finally not having to spend countless pointless hours in the gym no packing on muscle.
